The flaky filling is packed with either North American Cold Water Lobster or Snow Crab caught in the icy waters of the Bering Sea. These cakes accentuate the delicate, sweet flavour of quality Lobster or Snow Crab blended with premium surimi. An inventive twist to the classic crab cake.

Frozen ❄️ Quick-frozen to preserve quality, taste, and texture. Thaw overnight in the fridge, or submerge in cold water for a quicker option.

- Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Appliances may vary. Convection Oven: Preheat 425°F. Place cakes on baking sheet and cook for approximately 15 to 16 minutes from frozen. Preheat 375°F. Place cakes on baking sheet and cook for approximately 12 to 14 minutes from thawed.
