Description

These 3 oz cakes are made with quality ingredients with a back-of-house appearance and guest pleasing flavour. The savoury filling is packed with North American Cold Water Lobster caught in the icy waters of the Bering Sea. These cakes accentuate the elegant and rich flavour of quality Lobster blended with premium surimi. An inventive twist to the classic lobster cake.

• Frozen ❄️ Quick-frozen to preserve quality, taste, and texture. Thaw overnight in the fridge, or submerge in cold water for a quicker option.

Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Appliances may vary. Convection Oven: Preheat 425°F. Place cakes on baking sheet and cook for approximately 15 to 16 minutes from frozen. Preheat 375°F. Place cakes on baking sheet and cook for approximately 12 to 14 minutes from thawed.
