CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Cook from frozen
CONVECTION OVEN: Cook 5 minutes less
- Remove all packaging and carefully separate scallops on a wire rack or pan.
- Bake on middle rack at 425 F (220 C) for 10 min. Remove from oven and turn.
- Bake another 15-20 min, or until bacon is crisp and scallops are cooked.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
