Big, bold, and built to impress — the Pork Chop Tomahawk is a thick-cut pork loin chop with an exposed frenched bone that gives it serious plate presence. Each chop is approximately 10–15 oz, with 4 chops per box (approx. 2.5 lbs total). Bone length may vary, but every chop delivers the same juicy, tender texture and full-flavoured bite.
Perfect for grilling, baking, or pan-searing and finishing in the oven. Season simply with salt, pepper, and rosemary, then roast until golden and crisp on the outside, juicy and pink in the centre. Serve with classic BBQ sides or dress it up with a pan sauce — either way, this chop steals the show.
