The coulotte roast, also known as picanha or top sirloin cap, is a delicious cut that's perfect for roasting or grilling. It is commonly found in Brazillian grill houses, sliced and curved into a horseshoe shape, and roasted on metal skewers.
Roast it whole on the grill or in the oven or slice it into steaks. -
