The result? Marbled, melt-in-your-mouth ham with a deep cherry-red hue, intense aroma, and a nutty, buttery flavour thanks to the oleic acid-rich acorns.

Dry cured using a traditional Spanish method dating back to the 15th century, the ham is aged for 3–4 years to develop its complex character, then sliced thin in the hand-carved style for easy serving. Each vacuum-packed package contains 90 g of fresh, ready-to-enjoy ham — perfect for tapas boards, charcuterie, or savouring on its own served with a splash of sherry or cava.
