These massive, bone-in ribeyes come from premium Black Angus beef raised by Creekstone Farms, a U.S. producer known for exceptional quality and consistent tenderness. Each box includes 2 individually vacuum-packed steaks, 40–45 oz each (5–6 lbs total), making them a true centrepiece for special occasions or serious steak nights.
Best cooked with a reverse sear method: start low and slow in the oven or on indirect heat, then finish over high heat for a perfectly caramelized crust. Rest well, slice generously, and serve straight off the board with chimichurri, compound butter, or nothing at all — this cut holds its own.
