AAA Beef Bavette Steak, also known as flap steak, is a flavourful and versatile cut with a coarse grain, similar to flank, hanger, and skirt steaks. Each box contains 3 individually vacuum-packed steaks, 1 lb each (3 lbs total), for convenience.
Best suited for grilling, Bavette steak absorbs marinades well and develops a great sear. Due to its texture, it’s ideal when cooked slightly over medium-rare and sliced against the grain for maximum tenderness.
